LOCAL WOMAN is a brand from Toronto, Canada, founded in 2020 by designer Sarah Gregg Millman.
Inspired by the wildflowers I picked on Nova Scotia beaches in my childhood and my beautiful mother in the 1970s. The collection is produced in small quantities and is a limited-edition that announces several designs at a time, and we focus on procuring unique fabrics that have been discontinued, difficult-to-obtain fabrics, and sometimes upcycled and deadstock fabrics.
