Based in Toronto, Canada, O'Rourke specializes in knitted merino wool beanies, each one handcrafted by him.
The yarn used is sourced in Canada, and each beanie is made using individual skeins of dyed yarn, meaning that each beanie is slightly different and has a unique look.
After searching for the perfect beanie, O'Rourke decided to make one himself.
