The inspiration for this piece comes from their wedding, which took place on December 30, 1962, on the top floor of the St. Moritz Hotel in New York, overlooking Central Park.
Based on that intimate and warm scene, the front features a vintage-inspired motif of a man and woman, subtly accompanied by an embroidered rendition of their wedding date.
The graphics, imbued with a nostalgic and gentle atmosphere, are not merely decorative; they seem to carefully encapsulate personal memories and scenes within a single garment.

A menswear brand founded by female designer Emily Adams Bode, based in Manhattan, NY.
BODE crafts diverse, antique, and unique textiles into classic and eye-catching workwear silhouettes.
Emily, with two degrees in philosophy and menswear design, became the first female menswear designer to present a collection at New York Fashion Week Men's less than a year after establishing her brand in 2016.
While in school, Emily honed her skills in finding and processing rare, historical fabrics from around the world, eventually moving into reconstruction.
The collections she creates are meticulously crafted, one by one, using various fabrics such as tablecloths made over 100 years ago, grain sacks, Victorian bedsheets, and antique quilts.
This love for historical patterns and fabrics originated and developed during Emily's childhood vacations spent in Massachusetts and Atlanta.
