Bourrienne Paris X was launched in 2017 by hotelier Charles Beigbeder and designer Cecile Faucheur, specializing in "the perfect shirt."
Paying homage to the pioneers of the 18th-century Incroyables movement, they opened a store in the historic Hôtel de Bourrienne in Paris. Their debut collection offered wardrobe staples in eight styles. Details such as emphasized bibs symbolizing the New Romantic style, sophisticated officer collars, and French cuffs reflect characteristics from various eras. The original styles are handcrafted using organic cotton sourced from Egypt and California, and crisp linen from Normandy.
