A one-of-a-kind owl-motif plush toy made by Yuya Inagawa using a vintage American quilt.
The rich texture and warmth characteristic of vintage fabrics can be felt, and each piece has a different personality, making each a unique work of art.
【YUYA INAGAWA】
Yuya Inagawa began creating during his time at university, and an encounter with Anne-Valerie Dupond led him to expand into three-dimensional works.
He has built his unique world view through free expression that utilizes the power of materials.
Since 2006, he has been active as "Chinretsu Bijutsuhin Seisakujo" (Exhibition Art Piece Workshop), creating each piece individually, mainly with animal motifs. He weaves stories inherent in materials such as old wood, cloth, and leather, aiming to create dialogue and new stories through his works.
