[Item Details]
The "BANANA SHOE" was designed by Taiga Kimura of THE OLD CURIOSITY SHOP and commercialized in collaboration with SANDERS in 2016.
Its most distinctive feature is the curved lacing system, from which it gets its name, reinterpreting the traditional British monkey boot from a unique perspective.
Made with deep dark gray brushed suede, it combines the rounded and spacious "SNO" last with SANDERS' robust mudguard crepe sole, achieving both comfortable wear and high durability.
Attention to detail can be seen in features such as full leather lining, insoles, and blind eyelets.

A brand based in Vancouver, Canada, launched by Joseph and Daniel.
They draw inspiration not from the framework of fashion, but from film, literature, architecture, photography, sculpture, and music, consciously rejecting contemporary trends and the meaning of clothing to pursue a reinterpretation of an essential, universal approach to clothing creation.
Instead of the traditional fashion industry system of presenting collections in spring/summer and autumn/winter, they develop their brand by building relationships with individual shops and proposing and creating products tailored to each store.
