Founded in 1961 by Mr. John Laresca, INDIVIDUALIZED SHIRTS is one of the few tailor-made shirt makers born in the United States that still preserves the good old days of shirt making.
In the 1960s, America began with the civil rights movement, the student movement, the women's movement, and the anti-Vietnam war movement.
All of America was brimming with energy toward a new future.
In 1961, young politician JF Kennedy was inaugurated as the 35th President of the United States.
And the year Barack Obama, who later became the first black president, was born in a hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii, a small custom-made shirt manufacturer opened in a port town in New Jersey. That is "INDIVIDUALIZED SHIRTS".
The history of men's clothing in the United States began with the making of clothes by tailors by immigrants from Europe.
Later, Brooks Brothers changed to an era where it was mass-produced as ready-made clothes.
