A printed T-shirt with a narrative feel, characteristic of BODE, created based on the memories of musician Moose Charlap.
Moose Charlap was a music instructor at a summer camp in the Poconos during his teenage years. This piece, inspired by the camp songs and original musicals he wrote for children, features handwritten text and stencil-style emblems.
The result is a design with a somewhat nostalgic and warm graphic, where BODE's unique story quietly breathes.
The natural texture unique to soft cotton material is also appealing, giving it a strong presence even when worn alone.

A menswear brand by female designer Emily Adams Bode, based in Manhattan, NY.
BODE crafts diverse, antique, and unique textiles into classic, eye-catching workwear silhouettes.
With two degrees in philosophy and menswear design, Emily became the first female menswear designer to present a collection at New York Fashion Week for men less than a year after establishing her brand in 2016.
During her studies, Emily honed her skills in discovering and processing rare historical fabrics from around the world, eventually mastering the art of tailoring.
Her collections are lovingly handcrafted, piece by piece, from a variety of fabrics such as tablecloths made over 100 years ago, burlap sacks, Victorian bedsheets, and antique quilts.
This appreciation for historical patterns and fabrics originated from Emily's childhood vacations spent in Massachusetts and Atlanta.
