The material used is luxurious full-grain kangaroo leather, the highest quality, which is extremely thin and lightweight yet boasts exceptional durability.
The fine grain unique to kangaroo leather, brought out by garment dyeing, and the soft curves achieved through handmade craftsmanship, provide a glove-like fit the moment you slip your foot in.
By intentionally omitting the lining, the shoe allows you to directly experience the inherent suppleness of the material, and the process of the shoe molding to the shape of your foot as you wear it is another delight of this pair.

In addition to a foot-friendly leather insole, a practical rubber outsole supports light walking in urban environments without compromising the artisanal aesthetic.

In 1896, in Pescia, Tuscany, Italy, where leather craftsmanship had deep roots since the Middle Ages, the tannery "CONCERIA GUIDI E ROSELLINI" was established by three individuals: Guido Guidi, Giovanni Rosellini, and Gino Ulivo. After more than a century of accumulating expertise, GUIDI launched in A/W 2005. They produce items that maximize the inherent qualities of the materials through finishing and processes such as tumble dyeing after shoemaking.
