DESCRIPTION
[1964's ROLEX OYSTERDATE PRECISION Ref.6694]Oysterdate Precision Ref.6694 is a long-selling hand-wound model produced from the 1950s to the 1980s.
Equipped with a 34mm Oyster case and a hand-wound movement, this Precision has a thinner case than automatic models, and the main feature is that the watch itself is extremely light.
The dial is a very rare white dial. It is a matte type, not a sunray finish.
The applied ROLEX notation, wedge-shaped index, alpha hand combination, and moderate aging give it a vintage feel.
The bracelet is a rivet bracelet that has been used since the early 1960s. The difference from a wrap-around bracelet called a ``roll bracelet'' is that the pieces are connected using rod-shaped fasteners (rivets).
The flash fit is 57, and the clasp cord indicates that it was manufactured in 1963 II. The watch was manufactured around 1964, so the dates match.
The movement is equipped with hand-wound Cal.1215. It is a very simple machine and can be used for a long time because it is easy to maintain.
