Established by designer Izabella Doyle, WHITEREAD is a brand that expresses her aesthetics and philosophy. Her collections are built on the reliable techniques she gained from her experience working as part of design teams and as a pattern maker for various brands, including toogood.
The items are handmade in England and Scotland, using vintage, recycled, and deadstock fabrics, with each piece being unique.
If a hole is found in the fabric, it is incorporated into the design rather than cut out, and then repaired. Manual craftsmanship and intricate details are carefully incorporated into each item.
