NY에서 태어나 자란 Maximum Henry Cohen에 의해 2008년에 설립.
원래는 이웃과 친구들을 위해 가죽 상품 제작을 시작했다.
좀처럼 손이 닿지 않는 하이 브랜드 밖에 심플하고 질 높은 가죽 상품이 없다는 것에 의문을 가진 그가 만들어내는 가죽 상품은, 모두 극한까지 심플한 디자인인 한편, 가죽으로는 드문 색사의 것 너무 많아, 세월을 거쳐 아름답게 변화합니다.
소재・만들기도 고집해 제작되고 있기 때문에, 헤비인 사용에 견딜 수 있는 견뢰함도 가지고 있습니다.

Founded in 2008 by Maximum Henry Cohen, born and raised in NYC.
He originally started making leather goods for his neighbors and friends.
He was concerned about the fact that only high quality leather goods were available from high end brands that were hard to find, so he created leather goods that are extremely simple in design, but also have unusual colors for leather and change
Since they are made with particular attention to materials and workmanship, they are also robust enough to withstand heavy use.
