시무라 유지·토쿠 부부가 2001년에 시작한 OLDMAN'S TAILOR/올드맨즈 테일러.
야마나시현 후지 요시다시를 거점으로 하고, 토쿠씨의 친가인 실크 직물 가게로부터 스타트.
실의 생성에는 후지산에서 흘러나오는 풍부한 용수를 이용해, 천도 옛날의 셔틀 직조기로 짜지고 있습니다.
유럽, 특히 영국의 앤티크나 헌옷에도 조예의 깊은 시무라 부부에 의한 컬렉션은, 전통적인 브리티시 스타일을 베이스로 해 클래식인 분위기면서도, 현대적인 디테일이나 실루엣으로 많은 팬을 만들고 있다.

OLDMAN'S TAILOR was established in 2001 by Yuji and Toku Shimura.
Based in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, OLDMAN'S TAILOR started from the silk weaving shop of Mr. Toku's family.
Fuji is used to produce the threads, and the fabric is woven on an old-fashioned shuttle loom.
The collection by Mr. and Mrs. Shimura, who also have a deep knowledge of antiques and vintage clothing from Europe, especially England, is based on traditional British style and has a classic feel, but with modern details and silhouettes that have created many fans .
