BIG ROCK CANDY MOUNTAINEERING's "SCAMPWALKER" is a reinterpretation of the brand's signature El Cap Boot, reconstructed as a low-cut model.
The design is inspired by the trend in the 1970s where climbers would cut down high-top shoes for wear. It balances lightness and practicality, making it easy to incorporate into daily life.
Leather is used throughout, from the upper to the lining and insole, allowing for a comfortable fit and enjoyable aging.
Rubberized leather is used on the toes, heels, and mudguards to enhance durability and functionality.
In addition to the flexible comfort provided by the Blake stitch construction, practical details such as metal eyelets and lace locks are abundant. The brand's "carabiner" logo is engraved on the outsole, reflecting its worldview down to the finest details.
Multiple replacement laces and a custom dust bag are included, demonstrating consideration for styling and storage. These leather boots, where ruggedness and sophistication coexist, will develop and improve with long-term use.
