This collaboration model is based on Salomon's classic trail shoe series, the XA PRO, and incorporates the sensibilities of Austrian brand RIER.
The lightweight, breathable textile upper features a Quicklace™ system for precise hold, a 3D chassis for added stability, and a grippy Contagrip® outsole for seamless transitions between urban and natural environments.
Based on a clean white color scheme, the appearance is both inorganic and sophisticated.
A shoe that combines technical elements with a minimalist aesthetic.

RIER is a Paris-based brand launched in the 2019 Autumn/Winter season by Andreas Steiner, who has experience working at Prada, Miu Miu, and Louis Vuitton. The collections are presented with an approach that incorporates opposing elements such as the nature and crafts of the South Tyrol region, located in the eastern Alps, where the designer was born, between Austria and Italy, as well as the aesthetics passed down in traditional lifestyles and the culture of modern urban life.
