This tote bag reconstructs the "SPINNAKER," a lightweight sail deployed when a yacht catches a tailwind.
Spinnaker fabric boasts astonishing lightness and flexible strength despite its thinness. Because it is made from recycled materials, each cut is unique, and the irregular appearance, with no two pieces exactly alike, creates a special "one-of-a-kind" feel.
Even the metal fittings are actual parts used on yachts. The minor scratches and dirt remaining after cleaning are "living proof" of their journey through harsh voyages, and their unique charm.
The shoulder strap length can be adjusted by detaching parts.

Relations de voyages was founded in 1995 in Saint-Malo, a port town in Brittany, France.
In 2001, the company relocated its base to Tuscany, Italy, and officially launched its unparalleled creations.
It reconstructs and uses vintage sailcloth and military materials.
The canvas, which has withstood harsh conditions, offers surprising lightness, high strength, and water resistance.
Each product, carefully handmade one by one in a workshop in Tuscany, embodies the unique character of time-worn materials.
It is a one-of-a-kind "dialogue of travel" itself, connecting the memories of past voyages to everyday life.
