A classic long-sleeve shirt that has established itself as the most iconic and universal piece in the brand's collection.
The material is a high-density, Japanese-made weathercloth woven with linen for the warp and "Washi Paper" yarn for the weft.
While retaining the inherent tough and rugged structure of weathercloth, the interwoven Washi paper fibers reduce the overall fabric weight, achieving astonishing lightness. The crisp, dry texture unique to Washi paper and the crinkled texture that creates three-dimensional wrinkles give it a unique and unparalleled presence.
It features a convertible collar that looks beautiful whether open or closed, and a flat square cut hem that tucks out neatly. A minimalist patch pocket is placed on the left chest.
Furthermore, the single-layer yoke on the back features deep knife pleats on both sides, which maintains the beauty of the back style while expanding the range of motion around the shoulders, ensuring stress-free movement.
For sewing, a combination of French seams (bagged seams), which feel good against the skin and look beautiful, and highly durable felled seams are used where appropriate, resulting in a robust finish that can withstand tough daily use.
