Established by designer Mr. Morishita as one label within TWO-FOUNDATION, which releases items that embody "mode" and "artisan".
The origin of the brand name comes from Daniel Quilp, a character in "The Old Curiosity Shop", a work by British novelist Charles Dickens in the 1800s.
QUILP by Tricker's created an original wooden mold inspired by John Moore with the cooperation of Mr. Kimura, a shoe designer who runs The Old Curiosity Shop in Holborn, London.
Tricker's, the oldest shoemaker in Northampton, the mecca of shoe making, is responsible for the production based on the shoe tree.
The insole logo is drawn using freehand calligraphy.
