Starting with the war model produced for the 10th anniversary, BONCOURA's 15th anniversary model was completed by adding five years of experience and modern interpretations.
Rather than simply following the high level of perfection of the first wartime release, BONCOURA has reconstructed every detail from its unique perspective, unraveling the documents and capturing the ruggedness and atmosphere that was born out of the unique historical context of wartime.
The front pocket flaps have been eliminated and there is one fewer front button than usual, faithfully reflecting the circumstances of the time when details were simplified under material restrictions.
The stitching is mainly yellow with some orange, evoking the wartime conditions when resources were depleted. The inside of the placket is made from selvedge denim, and the back of the pocket has the word "indigo" printed on it to commemorate the 15th anniversary. The buttons are iron donut buttons designed from scratch specifically for this model.
The fabric is BONCOURA's original indigo denim, woven on an old-fashioned loom, and the more you wear it, the more it develops its own unique character, and over time it will grow into a unique piece.

DESIGNER: Hisashi Morishima After 20 years as a salaryman, he made a complete change and became a model. Since his teens, he has been fascinated with vintage clothing, denim, and vintage clothing. With his extensive and in-depth knowledge, he also works as a vintage clothing curator. In 2011, he launched his own brand, "BONCOURA."
