These leather sandals are based on JUTTA NEUMANN's classic "ALICE," updated with a square toe.
They feature a thong design at the big toe and a wide leather strap that deeply wraps around the instep.
The design offers exceptional hold, minimizing the "heel-lifting sensation" often associated with sandals, and ensuring excellent walkability.
The brand's signature "arch support" (raised arch) is initially a thick, firm leather sole, but with wear, it molds to the shape of your foot, transforming into an amazingly snug and exquisite fit.
This pair truly allows you to experience firsthand why they are called "the Rolls-Royce of sandals."
The upper, which covers the instep, is made from high-quality leather that is both tough and comfortable. With continued wear, it develops a deep richness and a beautiful luster, along with wrinkles unique to the wearer.
The outsole has a built-in Birk sole, providing high cushioning and allowing for resoleing, ensuring they can be cherished for 10 or even 20 years.

Jutta Neumann is a New York-based brand that produces handmade leather sandals and leather accessories by a German female artisan. She moved from Paris to New York in the 1980s, trained for six years under Barbara Shaum, who made leather sandals in New York, and then became independent in 1994 to start her own brand. Today, all sandals and accessories are still handmade in her New York workshop by Jutta Neumann, her son, and a few artisans.
The arch support (the raised part of the arch) is bent by hand, and it will conform to your foot with use.
