This knit pullover from TENDER Co. brings together British philosophy and American craftsmanship, creating unique pattern-making and texture.
Inspired by the "butterfly effect," where small changes have big impacts, the Butterfly series was born from the question, "What would happen if we removed the side seams?"
It marks the brand's first knitwear made in the USA, featuring link lines at the center front and back, and a fully fashioned (shaped knit) construction with no side seams.
The series' distinctive inverted and conjoined sleeve details give it an artisan and unconventional appearance.
All link lines have the ridges set on the outside, ensuring a smooth feel against the skin while three-dimensionally highlighting the unique sculptural beauty of each panel.
Made from tightly woven wool yarn that is heavily twisted in the UK, this item achieves a substantial weight and stiffness, creating a very tough and shape-retaining fabric.

DESIGNER: William Krol
William Krol served as a designer for EURO EVISU, the European line of EVISU jeans, then studied tailoring techniques on Savile Row in the UK, and learned denim production in Kojima, Okayama Prefecture.
He currently teaches denim at Central Saint Martins, a fashion school in the UK.
The patterns are drawn by designer William, sewing is done in the UK, and dyeing is performed in France and the UK.
