第二次大戦時代のチノパンツに魅せられた創業者ビル・トーマス氏は、愛用していたヴィンテージチノの堅牢さ、品質の高さをどうにか現代にも提案したいと考え、BILLS KHAKISを立ち上げました。現在は他素材のものも作ってはいますが、チノパンツの専業ブランドは珍しく、アメリカ国内でも非常にニッチなブランドであるといえるでしょう。

Mr. Bill Thomas, the founder of the company, who was fascinated by the chino pants of the World War II era, wanted to somehow propose the robustness and high quality of his favorite vintage chino pants to the modern world, and started up BILLS KHAKIS. It can be said that the exclusive brand of chino pants is rare, and is a very niche brand even in the United States though the one of other materials is also made now.
