ABOUT OVERSEAS ORDER
SERVICES
Orders will be shipped via EMS (International Speed Post) or FEDEX. We cannot accommodate requests for specific carriers for international shipments. Domestic Japanese deliveries are handled by Yamato Transport. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable to certain countries/regions due to shipping conditions or circumstances. THE STORE BY MAIDENS assumes no responsibility for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures. For first-time purchases using a credit card, billing information verification is required; orders will not ship until verification is complete.

*In some cases, due to the size or weight of particular item(s) in an order, additional shipping charges may apply. In these circumstances, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.
TAXES & DUTIES
All International deliveries are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. For deliveries shipped within Japan, a 10% consumption tax fee will be added.
When ordering goods from THE STORE BY MAIDENS internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. THE STORE BY MAIDENS is not responsible for any charges incurred in the recipient's country from customs, duties or taxes. THE STORE BY MAIDENS has no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what the cost of duties will be. If you would like to know how much your duties will be on an order, please contact your local customs office.
NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
We also do not accept exchanges due to size, preference, or any other customer-related reasons.
Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase, and check your item thoroughly upon delivery.
If the item is defective or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days, we are unable to accept any requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges, regardless of the reason.
