■ Business schedule
We are sorry to inform you that our office will be closed for summer holidays from August 11, 2023 (Friday) to August 16, 2023 (Wednesday).
Inquiries during this period may be answered after Thursday, August 17, 2023. Thank you for your understanding.
■ About product delivery
Please see below for delivery dates during the holidays.
① Orders placed between 16:00 on August 10th (Friday) and August 13th (Sunday) will be shipped on August 14th (Monday).
②Orders placed after the above will be shipped after August 17th (Thursday) .
・Regarding delivery on the specified date, it will be possible after Friday, August 18th. Please note that we cannot accept any delivery on the specified date during the summer holidays.
・It is expected that the shipment of products will be very crowded. We will ship as soon as shipping preparations are complete, but it may take some time before shipping.
