A relaxed-fit, hip-length wading jacket, marking a new challenge for the brand.
Made from a high-density oxford fabric woven in Japan, combining cotton and washi (Japanese paper). A special paraffin wax coating is applied to this fabric, resulting in a tough shell with a unique dry texture and light water repellency and wind resistance.
The greatest appeal of this paraffin treatment is how quickly white chalk marks and abrasions appear on the fabric's surface in response to movement and wrinkles during wear. As you wear it, it "remembers" your body's movements, dramatically developing a deep, vintage-like patina that you can enjoy.
The silhouette is a modern interpretation of a vintage fishing jacket, featuring a loose, boxy cut. In addition to the beautiful drape created by dropped shoulders, a two-piece sleeve pattern with three-dimensional articulation at the elbows is adopted to follow arm movements, ensuring a comfortable range of motion that doesn't feel bulky even when layered with thick innerwear.
The details are full of military and workwear elements, combining practicality and design.
The neck features a distinctive, asymmetrically designed funnel neck, and the front has a robust double-layer construction with a two-way zipper and a placket with snap buttons.
The front features large-capacity dual-access bellows pockets (gusseted pockets) on both sides, accessible from both the top and side, and also includes patch pockets inside, boasting storage capacity that eliminates the need for a bag.
