GUIDI's iconic Texas boots.
Made from goat reverse leather (goat suede), which has a unique rugged yet beautiful nap, the deeply saturated colors achieved through garment dyeing and the rugged texture create an overwhelming presence.
The sharp pointed toe, characteristic of Texan boots, and the inwardly slanted heel line create a form that gives off a powerful yet refined look.
The highly dense fibers of goat leather allow for unique wrinkles to form with wear, and the nap of the suede will gradually lay down in certain areas, evolving into a rich, vintage archive-like appearance.

In 1896, the tannery "CONCERIA GUIDI E ROSELLINI" was established by Guido Guidi, Giovanni Rosellini, and Gino Ulivo in Pescia, Tuscany, Italy, a region where leather craftsmanship had been deeply rooted since the Middle Ages. After accumulating over 100 years of expertise, GUIDI launched in A/W 2005. They create items that maximize the quality of the material through finishing and processing, such as dyeing by tumbling after shoe manufacturing.
