DESCRIPTION
[OMERSA]Omersa has developed a collection of unique leather animals such as foot tools and desktop accessories exclusively for Omersa & company. The leather pig was first sold in 1927 at Libety's, a long-established department store in London, and is still available in stores to this day. Omersa animals have been cherished since childhood and passed down as family heirlooms.
Omersa's animals continue to be loved by men and women of all ages as gifts for special occasions such as weddings, baptisms and birthdays when a child is born. With over 30 species and a variety of sizes to choose from, animals are suitable for any occasion. Each animal is individually handcrafted using natural British cowhide made specifically for our production. The animal's interior is made of solid iron with a wooden frame, and is hand stuffed with compressed wood wool around the frame to shape the animal. Since all production processes are done by hand, no two Omarsa animals are exactly alike. Each animal is charming, individual and very unique. The leather is hand waxed and polished to a luxurious, rich antique brown finish.
