Founded in 1797 and based in the current New Mill, located along the Rossie River in Elgin, Scotland.
For over 200 years, the Johnston and Harrison families have been involved in the business, creating fabrics, scarves and home furnishings using high-quality materials such as cashmere, vicuña, merino wool, lambswool and camel hair.
Today, it is a manufacturer with an integrated production factory, which is rare in the UK, and handles everything from raw wool to spinning, weaving, and knitting.
