A high-quality cut-and-sew brand launched from the Autumn/Winter 2007 collection. "FilMelange" is a coined word combining "Fil" (thread) and "Melange" (mixed colors). With "lightness, warmth, and soft feel" as its three key concepts, the brand continues to create products with the simplest possible ideas that do not go against the laws of nature. It actively incorporates organic materials, uses 100% cotton thread for all seams, and proudly continues to produce fabrics using "loopwheel knitting machines" from the 1950s, of which only a few exist in Japan.
