SETTLEMIER'S was founded in 1990, but its roots are a brand called NELSON' JACKETS founded by GLORIA's parents DOROTHY and DALE, which was founded in the same Portland as SETTLEMIER'S in the 1960s.
GLORIA launched SETTLEMIER'S in 1990 in the form of taking over from his parents, and now it is taken over by GLORIA's son AARON and sister HEIDI to the third generation in the same way as before.
